Formawerx accepts returns or exchanges for any undamaged and unused items within 10 days [postmarked] of the delivery date. After 10 days, all sales are final. Returns must include all original packaging. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally received. As for the shipping policy, all orders from any country outside of Europe should be placed with Formawerx USA. Only orders originating from European countries should change the shipping region to Europe.
